INSPIRING CREATIVITY
After our first exciting collaboration with Lorne Street Primary School students creating our lovely branding, we spent a creative educational afternoon focusing on the power of wind and what you can do with it.
We were ably assisted by the wonderful team at Malin Group who supported the students at each of the creative stations - windsocks, straw ships and cork ships.
The three creative stations allowed the students to explore and harness their creativity through innovation and problem-solving to keep their ships afloat and windsocks flying.
Station 1 - Windsocks
Demonstrating the power of wind through windsocks made from paper tubes, paper streamers, and twine.
Station 2 - Straw Ship
Building (unsinkable) ships made of paper straws and sails, popsicle sticks, and tape.
Station 3 - Cork Ship
Designing robust cork ships made of cork, rubber bands, popsicle sticks, and paper sails.
